Elsa Louise “Elsie” Wiley, a resident of Sonora, passe away on Wednesday, June 25, at Sonora Regional Medical Center. A famly graveside service will be held on Firday, July 11, 4 PM at Santa Barbara Memorial. On Saturday, July 11, 4 PM, there will be a Memorial service at Domigues United Methodist Church, Prospect and Adams in Carson, California.
