Elizabeth Katherine “Betty” Strand, a resident of Columbia, passed away on Thursday, December 4, in a Sonora care home. A Memorial service will take place on Thursday, December 11, 10 AM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 27 West Jackson Street in Sonora; a reception will immediately follow in the church Parish Hall.
