Carlin, Susan

Susan Frances Carlin, 79, of Sonora, California, born June 2, 1945, passed away May 20, 2025 at her home in Sonora, California. Sue was born in Missouri and was raised with her older sister and two brothers. She moved to California at the age of 10 with her mom. They lived in the Concord area where she married and raised her 4 children. After her first marriage a friend introduced Sue to Pat where they fell in love, married and moved to Sonora California in 1983. Sue stayed in the area, worked various jobs and joined the Moose Lodge where she made many friends. She became very involved with the Women Of The Moose for over 30 years where she had many roles. One of these roles was getting donations to help women and children of domestic violence. She also learned to square dance and became very good at it going on to dance in and winning competitions. Terzich & Wilson Cremation-Funeral Home entrusted with cremation, services will be private. In lieu of flowers donate to Wounded Warrior Project in Sue’s name.
