Harvey B. “Dusty” Rhodes, a resident of Sonora and founding president of Columbia Community College, passed away on Monday, August 4, at his home. Contributions may be made to the Columbia College Foundation Scholarship Fund, 11600 Columbia College Drive, Sonora, CA 95370.
