Victor Duane Sheets, born April 8, 1936 of Woodward, Oklahoma passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 at Adventist Health Sonora
Vic was a member of the VFW Post #3154, Sonora, served as Commander and Chaplain; and a member of the American Legion Smith-Bolter Post #58, Sonora. He volunteered for eleven years with Hospice and was a member of the Creekside Community Church.
He had been a cabinet maker with his own shop and a mailman in Laguna Beach. He was always an avid reader. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in the Korean Conflict from April 1953 to April 1956 and was awarded numerous medals. He will be greatly missed.
