Mae Sophia Wales, Born March 9, 1930 in Fresno, California passed peacefully at home on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at her residence in Sonora, California. Mae went to school in San Jose where she enjoyed her career as an educator. She moved to Sonora in 1990. She was generous, kind, loving and one of the nicest people you could meet, everyone loved her, an avid Packers fan. She loved her dog, loved being a mother. grandmother, great grandmother. She leaves behind sons Don, David, Mark, Scott, and Jay. Daughters Diane, Michelle, Marion, and Jody. She was proceeded in death by daughters Renna and Shawn and her husband of 35 years, John Wales.  Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home in charge of Cremation arrangements.
