Sonora, CA — 39 year old Yvette Campo´s illegal left hand turn onto Mono Way Monday will cost her more than just a traffic citation.
Once stopped by Sonora Police, it was determined that Campo´s license was suspended and that she was on active parole for a narcotics violation. Campo exited the vehicle and then tossed a small plastic bag to the side of the vehicle. The bag contained one gram of methamphetamine.
Campo was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the County Jail and booked for violation of parole and possession of a controlled substance.
