Idaho Motorcyclist Injured In Soulsbyville Road Accident
Soulsbyville, CA — 19 year old Brice Lowell Frickey of Caldwell, ID suffered major injuries when he was involved in a single vehicle accident Sunday evening at approximately 6:30.
According to the Highway Patrol, Frickey was traveling northbound on Soulsbyville Rd. at a high rate of speed on his 1998 Honda motorcycle when he overtook a slower moving vehicle. In order to avoid a collision near Draper Mine Rd., Frickey steered his bike into the southbound lane and in braking, he slid off the west side of the road. Frickey was ejected from the motorcycle sliding acorss the dirt shoulder and down an embankment before striking a large oak tree.
Frickey was transported by Air-Med to Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.
