Angels Camp, CA — After giving nine grants out to local youth programs recently, the Calaveras Community Foundation has announced four more will go to local programs that enhance quality of life in Calaveras County.
They are the Blue Mountain Players who will use the money to increase storage for costumes, props and other materials used in presenting community performing arts in the West Point Area.
The Feeney Park Foundation got money to repair and pave an eroded gravel access road and to provide handicapped and senior parking.
The Volunteer Center in San Andreas will provide program insurance and volunteer driver mileage reimbursement.
The West Point Chapter of the Friends of the Library will use its money for instructional materials and training related to the Conflict Resolution Program.
