Parolee-At-Large Captured In Twain Harte

Twain Harte, CA — Derrick Lucio Franco of Big Hill Rd. in Twain Harte finds himself behind bars after being arrested Thursday by Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Deputies.
Deputies received an anonymouns tip that the “parolee at large” was in the area of the Sierra Twain Harte Mobile Home Park on Big Hill Rd. Investigators discovered Franco at the entrance of the park and he was taken into custory without incident.
His status as a “parolee at large” was based on recent narcotics violation arrests and his failure to abide by the terms of his release on those cases.
