Annual Hope Ride Has Great Turnout

Sonora, CA– The 12th annual Sierra Hope Ride was a success in the eyes of many raising $353,000 dollars towards the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Officials say thanks to great sponsorship the event was a big hit. Save- Mart alone donated $20,000. The event consisted of a 50-mile ride to Sonora from Modesto with more than 2,500 motorcycles participating. With a $50 entry fee, the riders were responsible for raising $125,000 themselves.
Once the participants arrived in Sonora they enjoyed a concert and BBQ at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds.
