Boys Arrested In Connection With Salida Church Fire

Tuolumne, CA–Stanislaus County authorities arrested two 14-year-olds over the weekend on felony arson charges, following the destruction of a 136-year-old church in Salida.
A Sheriff´s Department spokesman says one of the young boys arrested is one from Modesto and the other from Salida. Lieutenant Tim Beck says the boys have confessed to last week´s arson as well as two previous acts of vandalism at the church.
