Tuolumne County Peace Officer Memorial Wednesday

Sonora, CA — Tuolumne County will honor its fallen officers Wednesday afternoon at Court House Park in downtown Sonora.
Law enforcement will line up in formation on Green Street for the Peace Officer Memorial.
The event is part of National Police and EMS Week. 18 Fallen California Law Enforcement Officers were honored at a National Memorial in Washington, D.C. Saturday evening to kick off the week.
Lt. Dan Bressler with the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department says the Sonora event will kick off at 12:00pm, complete with a special presentation by Assemblyman Dave Cogdill.
