Twain Harte, CA — The Twain Harte Community Services District will be talking sewers today or at least the cost of maintaining them.
With new state wide regulations on the front burner, District General Manager Pete Kampa says it´s possible that each customer could see another $40 tacked onto his monthly bill. Kampa says the new regulations will require strict monitoring to ensure that systems are working efficiently.
A statewide hearing on proposed changes is set for May 3 at the California Water Resources Control Board.
