Pot Growing Family Gets Probation

San Andreas, CA — Its two years of probation for a dad and his two sons who were on trial for criminal cultivation and possession of marijuana.
Fifty-two year-old Wesley Crosiar Senior and his sons 30-year-old Wesley Crosiar Junior, and 21-year-old David Crosiar all pled guilty in court Monday.
In September 2004 a Calaveras Narcotics Enforcement Unit found about 140 plants on the Senior Crosiar´s property.
Each man had doctors´ recommendations to grow a certain amount of marijuana.
The District Attorney´s Office said the amount being grown was well beyond their prescriptions.
