Valley Springs, CA — A change in ownership has delayed the progress of a cluster of homes in Valley Springs.
For the past few weeks, the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors have been set to consider a 12 home subdivision proposed by developer Roger Canepa of Sonora.
But county planners recently discovered the land switched hands in December. They need to make sure the new owner is on board with the project.
Another issue delaying the project is an oak mitigation agreement.
The project´s consideration was delayed indefinitely.
