Sonora Developer Looking To Get Subdivision Approved

Sonora, CA– A proposal to start the project of building a subdivision near Valley Springs will be looked at by the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Monday.
The Planning Commission has already placed their stamp of approval on the request so long as developer Roger Canepa agrees to conform to some environmental concerns.
Canepa calls the project Valley Springs Estates If approved; officials say each home would be priced at about $400,000 dollars.
