Elder Abusers Both Go To Prison

San Andreas CA — Months after her husband was sentenced to jail for abusing his mother, a Calaveras County judge has ruled that Rosie Deyarmon will also go to jail.
Rosie and Alan Deyarmon were arrested last June when Alan´s 91-year-old mother was found close to death in their home. Jane Deyarmon was found naked with bedsores, surrounded by bugs and rodent excrement.
Alan entered a plea in November and was sentenced to seven years in prison. Rosie entered a plea in January and this week received a four-year sentence with fines and restitution.
