Columbia, CA — Today will mark the start of the contemporary cuisine dinners, which are entirely planned, prepared and served by Columbia College´s advanced culinary students.
Organizers say students will offer the public special menus on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-7:00pm on the college campus in The Cellar Bistro Restaurant.
The menus for the four-course meals will change weekly. Later in the semester, performances by instrumentalists will also add to the dining ambiance.
Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling the college.
