Sonora, CA — Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Deputies have a murder suspect in custody after receiving a call from security personnel at Black Oak Casino.

The Sheriff´s Department says the report was made just before midnight last night that three men were in a car in the casino parking lot possibly smoking narcotics.

Deputies arrived shortly thereafter and confronted the three. A report indicates that one of the men gave a false name when questioned by authorities.

An on-scene investigation determined that the man who gave the false name was 23-year-old Eleazor Magana who was wanted by Atwater Police in Merced County on a murder charge.

Magana was taken into custody and arrested for the murder count in addition to narcotics charges.

Also arrested on drug charges were 40-year-old Dean McReynolds and 22-year-old Armando Espinoza.
