Loose Dog Causes Motorcycle Accident

San Andreas, CA — A dog is dead and a Valley Springs man is recovering from moderate injuries after a motorcycle verses canine collision.
California Highway Patrol reports indicate 49-year-old Stanley Stinnett was riding his Harley Davidson on State Route 12 west of Toreno Way when a medium size dog ran in front of the bike.
Stinnett could not avoid hitting the dog and due to the impact, he lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle. Stinnett was flown to a Modesto hospital for treatment.
