Kampa – Underhill Named To Statewide Association

Sonora, CA — Tuolumne Utilities District General Manager Pete Kampa and Bertha Underhill, the president of the Calaveras County Water District, have joined the Membership and Recruitment Committee of the California Special Districts Association.
C.S.D.A. is a statewide association with over one thousand special district members which provides legislative advocacy and training for district officials.
The C.S.D.A. Membership Committee is charged with increasing the value of member services offered by the association as well as developing programs to increase association membership which will, in turn, increase its influence on the state legislature.
