San Andreas Man Suffers Injuries And Charged With D.U.I. Following Collision
San Andreas, Ca — The C.H.P. says 26-year-old Keith Jacklich of San Andreas suffered serious injuries, and was charged with D.U.I. following a Monday afternoon collision on Highway 49.
Jacklich was traveling northbound at 4:15pm, just north of Gold Strike Rd., when traffic ahead began to slow down because a vehicle was turning off the highway. Jacklich did not notice that vehicles were slowing down, and hit the car directly in front of him.
Jacklich was transported to Mark Twain Saint Josephs Hospital with major injuries. A passenger, 22-year-old Jenny Krantz of San Andreas, also reported major injuries. A third passenger, three-year-old Jocelyn Glessman, suffered minor injuries.
There were four passengers in the vehicle that was struck. No serious injuries were reported.
