Police Department Pleased With Cops And Kids Fair

Sonora, Ca — The Cops and Kids Fair held Saturday at the Sonora Elementary soccer field has been deemed a success by Police Chief Mace McIntosh.
“Actually, it has been going really well,” says McIntosh. “We were a little concerned with all the other events going on, that we might not get the turnout, but the turnout has been great.”
The purpose of the event was to build a positive relationship between law enforcement and the community.
A steady stream of area families came out and took part in numerous games and activities.
