Sonora Garbage Rates To Increase

Sonora, CA — Garbage rates will be increasing for residents within the Sonora city limits.
At the Monday evening Sonora City Council meeting a 2.36% increase requested by Cal Sierra Disposal-Waste Management of Tuolumne County was approved for the coming year.
According to City Administrator Greg Applegate that will increase the monthly bill for a single can by $.39.
