San Andreas, CA — On scene at the structure fire at 3845 Parama Gulch Rd. off Prussian Hill in the Railroad Flat – Mountain Ranch area, fire crews are reporting the fire is 90 percent contained with only a quarter of an acre touched by flames.
On scene crews are reporting that power lines are on the ground.
