Hodges Capture Mother Lode Fair Buyers Award

Sonora, CA — Del and Judy Hodges were the recipients of the Buyers Award Wednesday afternoon as a prelude to the 2007 Mother Lode Fair at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds.
The Hodges were on hand for the Ron Arington Memorial. Little did they realize that in just a few minutes they would be standing in front of a standing-room-only crowd to receive their award symbolic of their outstanding support of the Future Farmers of American and 4-H in Tuolumne County.
The Hodges have supported the youngsters by buying one animal every year at the Saturday auction. For a number of years Judy Hodges was a 4-H leader.
