Earth, Wind And Fire Kick Off Ironstone Concert Series

Murphys, Ca — The 2007 Ironstone Amphitheatre Summer Concert Series got underway Sunday night with performances by Earth, Wind and Fire and A.J. Croce.
Croce, the son of the late Jim Croce, opened up the show performing numerous songs off his latest album, “Adrian James Croce.” His current single, “Don´t Let Me Down,” is the only song by an artist on an independent label to hit the U.S. top 40 charts in 2006.
Earth Wind and Fire was the feature act, and kept the crowd on its feet with hits such as “September,” “Boogie Wonderland,” and Let´s Groove.
The Ironstone Amphitheatre Concert Series continues July 21st when Gretchen Wilson will perform with John Michael Montgomery.
