Two Motorcyclists Suffer Major Weekend Injuries
Sonora, CA — 41 year old Donald Higa and Angela Higa, from Turlock, both suffered major injuries Sunday afternoon when their 2006 Harley Davidson Road King crossed over the center line of Hwy 108 east of Clarks Fork and collided with a 2001 Ford F-350.
The Higas were ejected from their motorcycle and transported by helicopter to Modesto hospitals.
Following behind the Higas were 42 year old Luiz and 39 year old Ginger Machado of Turlock. Ginger suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center. Luiz was not injured.
35 year old David Ethier, Jr. and 32 Tamara Ethier, both of Sonora, traveling in the Ford F-350, were uninjured.
