Public Comment Scheduled For Mountain Springs Community
Sonora, CA — The public comment period for the proposed Mountain Springs Community project supplemental Environmental Impact Report will open Wednesday and close on the 29th of June with the public hearing set for the 25th of June.
Operations Manager Ron Kopf states that over the next 16 years the development would realize $74 million in revenue for Tuolumne County.
The Mountain Springs community plan includes a centralized Village Center with a 154 room lodging facility, 897 homes with 15 percent of those (117 homes) planned to be affordable to moderate-income households.
