Copperopolis Resident Suffers Major Injuries

San Andreas, CA — 65 year old Ronald Cline of Copperopolis is listed in critical condition at Doctors Hospital in Modesto after suffering major injuries in a three vehicle accident Monday afternoon on Obyrnes Ferry Rd. and Pheasant Run Drive.
Riding a 1986 Yamaha motorcycle, Cline was unable to avoid a collision with a northbound vehicle driven by 15 year old Colby Homuth of Murphys. Homuth had made a left hand turn directly in front of the southbound Cline who was ejected from his bike. Cline then hit the windshield of a vehicle that was following Homuth suffering a broken back, pelvis, clavical and ribs.
Homuth was driving with a permit and was accompanied by a 73 year old relative.
