Groveland Man Arrested On Drug Charges Following Outburst
Groveland, CA — A Groveland man was arrested on drug charges yesterday after reportedly causing a scene outside of his residence in the 20800 block of Rock Canyon Way.
At 7:45am, Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Deputy Rich Champlin responded to a call at the home of 51 year old Kim Eugene Crawford. The suspect appeared extremely intoxicated and needed to be restrained from falling and causing himself harm. A report says he was also making outlandish statements about what he perceived to be happening around him.
Crawford was taken into custody and booked at Tuolumne County Jail. After a further search, a baggie of methamphetamine was found in his possession.
