Sonora, CA — The City of Sonora has established a new loading-unloading zone on Jackson Street between Washington and Stewart Streets.
Additionally the loading-unloading zone on Bradford Street between Washington and Stewart Streets has been enlarged.
In addition to these zones, there are loading-unloading zones on Green Street between Bradford and Jackson, on Linoberg Street between Green and Washington, on Stewart Street between Lyons and Theall and between Theall and Church.
The city has also established a 12 minute parking space at the intersection of Washington Street and Bradford.
The Police Department has been tasked with the enforcement of parking laws in the downtown area.
Vehicles using the loading-unloading zones for a parking space will be subject to a citation. Vehicles parking in the red zones to load or unload will also be subject to a citing.
