Second Twain Harte Burglary Suspect Arrested

Sonora, CA — A second suspect has been arrested in a February 1 Twain Harte burglary.

The Twain Harte resident surprised three burglars in his garage in the 18500 block of Wildwood Drive. Jay Regelin, the initial individual arrested regarding this incident, remains in custody awaiting trial with a bail of $50,000 in the Tuolumne County Jail.

Monday afternoon a second suspect was taken into custody when Detective Tom Memmer responded to a tip and arrested 19 year old Andrew Douglas Payne of Twain Harte at Twain Harte Lake. He´s been charged with robbery and was booked into the County Jail.

The third supect has been described as an Hispanic male in his late teens standing 5-10 with a muscular build, short hair, a rounded face and small moustache.
