Central Fire Looks For Volunteers
Mountain Ranch, CA — The Central Calaveras Fire and Rescue Protection District is looking for a few good men and women.
The department is underway with a volunteer firefighter recruitment. Fire Chief Robert Gill says being a volunteer firefighter is a great way to serve your local community.
Gill says it takes courage, dedication, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new skills.
Any interested volunteers should visit the Mountain Ranch fire station to learn more.
The district serves Glencoe, Rail Road Flat, Eagle Ranch Airport, Mountain Ranch and Sheep Ranch.
