Angels Camp, CA — The investigation into the sexual assault of a teenage girl in Angels Camp on February 15 is still ongoing.
Angels Camp Police Chief Tony Tacheira says officers are following up on leads for the man that fled after he attacked the young victim.
The girl was on her way to school at 7:45 a.m. taking a well-known shortcut behind the Cedar Inn and Suites. She says she was thrown to the ground by a possible Hispanic male, about 5´10” with a large build and short black hair.
