Sonora City Council Will Vote On Oak Park Subdivision

Sonora, CA — The proposed Oak Park Subdivision will go before the Sonora City Council Tuesday night.
Fresno based Hix Land Company is hoping the council votes to approve a plan for 46 single family residential lots and 12 single family affordable units north of the downtown area. The 18 acre property is located north of Pesce Way.
On January 8th, the Sonora Planning Commission recommended approval by a 4-0 vote.
Tuesday´s meeting begins at 5pm at Sonora City Hall.
