Tuolumne C.H.P. Pleased With DUI Checkpoint Results

Jamestown, CA — The Tuolumne County office of the C.H.P. couldn´t be happier with the results of the Saturday evening Hwy 108-Fifth Ave. (Jamestown) DUI checkpoint.
According to C.H.P. Officer Tom Wills 781 vehicles were checked and only two arrests were made for those who were driving under the influence; one for alcohol the other for drugs.
In addition one individual was arrested for driving a stolen car. Also one driver was cited for driving with a suspended license while another was ticketed for driving without a license.
