Sonora, Ca — Tuolumne County Elections Official Debi Russell says that a record number of county residents will be eligible to vote in the November 4th General Election.
?There are 33,064 citizens in Tuolumne County who are registered and will have the privilege to vote for the next President of the United States,? says Russell. ?The number of residents eligible to vote in the June 3rd primary was 31,825.?
As for the political party breakdown, there are 14,270 Republicans, 11,693 Democrats, 1,016 American Independents, 254 Greens, 188 Libertarians and 69 Peace and Freedom. An additional 5,406 declined to state a political party.
Russell reminds residents that October 28th is the last day to request a vote by mail ballot.
