Carder Sentencing Delayed

Sonora, CA — Grace Elizabeth Carder´s Monday afternoon sentencing date has been delayed until July 14.
Carder was to have been sentenced at 1:30 for her role in the death of Clinton Holt of Groveland last year.
Carder was tried for theft, possession and selling of a controlled substance (methodone) related to that August 25th death.
Today Nicholas Jordan Fereria is scheduled to be sentenced for his role in Holt´s death. He will appear in Department Four of Superior Court before Judge Eleanor Provost. He was tried for possession of a controlled substance.
