Two Arrested For Assaulting And Attempting To Entice Angels Camp Girl Into Vehicle

Angels Camp, Ca — Two Angels Camp residents were arrested for allegedly assaulting and attempting to entice a 14-year-old girl into their vehicle.
The alleged incident occurred Saturday at 8:35pm in Utica Park near the Hwy 49 entrance.
According to the Angels Camp Police Department, arrested in connection were 40-year-old Rogelio Orneala and 45-year-old Miguel Torres.
The two suspects reportedly grabbed the girl, but she was able to break free and run away from the area. The investigation is ongoing.
