Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce has added a “Tools for Business Success” section to its website.
According to President and CEO George Segarini, the free tool will help entrepreneurs choose the type of business entity that meets their needs.
It includes a business formation kit, sample business plans and small business certification information. The business formation kit includes the forms needed to establish a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company or corporation.
In addition there is information on training provided by the regional Small Business Development Center and others and over 75 on-line classes available to help start and grow your business.
In addition the Government Requirements kit has forms and simplified instructions that businesses need throughout the year.
The Independent Contractors section includes forms and tips to correctly use independent contractors and how to avoid fines.
Also available on the website is the Employer Assistance site for the free Employers´ Kit to check out 850 plus positions.
There is also a New Hire e-mail that includes all forms and required compliance notices for employers in the hiring mode.
Loan information can be found for those seeking local lenders that participate in SBA (Small Business Administration) programs.
