Tuesday School Information
Sonora, CA — Tuesday closures and a number of delayed school openings have been reported by administrators.
The Sonora Union High School District which includes Sonora High, Ted Bird and Cassina High, ROS Cosmetology and the Middle College Program will be CLOSED tomorrow.
Tuolumne County Special Education classes will also be closed Tuesday.
Also closed Tuesday; West Point Alternative High School, West Point Elementary and Rail Road Flat Elementary School.
Delayed openings in the two hour category; Curtis Creek Elementary, Sonora Elementary with buses not servicing Lyons Bald Mt. Rd. and High Meadow, Summerville Elementary, Soulsbyville Elementary, Belleview Elementary, Columbia Elementary, Jamestown Elementary, Chinese Camp Elementary, Mother Lode Christian School, Sierra Waldorf School, Mother Lode Adventist Junior Academy and the Big Oak Flat School District which includes Don Pedro High, Tioga High and Tenaya Elementary.
The Twain Harte School District including Twain Harte Middle School, Black Oak Elementary, Pinecrest and South Fork Elementary is scheduled for a one hour delayed opening, and it will be a Snow Transportation Day.
Tuolumne County Head Start Program will start at the time of the respective schools.
Safari Learning Preschool and Kindergarten will start at 10:00am.
Columbia College will not open its campus until 10am.
