Altercation In Valley Springs Leads To Gunshots

Valley Springs, CA — Shots were fired following a physical altercation at 6869 Baldwin St. in Valley Springs Saturday night.
The Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department says 38-year old Bradley Joseph Flores was involved in a physical altercation with 28-year-old Jamie Hernandez. Flores left the scene, but later returned and fired two rounds from a shotgun toward the vicinity of the home. No subjects present were hit by the shots.
Flores was then leaving the residence as deputies arrived. He was arrested for assault with a deadly firearm, carrying a loaded firearm within a vehicle, brandishing a firearm, transporting marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol and resisting arrest.
