Police Chief And Sheriff Will Hold Joint Community Meeting

Sonora, Ca — Tuolumne County Sheriff Jim Mele and Sonora Police Chief Mace McIntosh will be at the Sonora Opera Hall this evening to speak to the public about happenings in their individual agencies and address any concerns of residents.
Topics that the two are planning to address include crime prevention, goals and the proposed Law and Justice Center. Senior staff members of the Sheriff´s Office and Police Department will be present at tonight´s meeting. Also planning to attend is District One Supervisor Liz Bass.
The open meeting begins at 6:30pm at the Opera Hall.
