Kawelmacher Arrested On Various Charges

Sonora, CA — Close to 2am Sunday 33 year old Lee Dexter Kawelmacher of Sonora contacted police and admitted to having a fight with his girlfriend.
He wanted the officer to check on her because he had slapped her. In addtion he punched out a window in her home, grabbed a suitcase and left.
Kawelmacher was placed under arrest and was searched. He was found to be in possession of a Cobray 9mm assault pistol.
Kawelmacher was booked for domestic violence, possession of an assault weapon and being a convicted felon in possession of a weapon.
