Longtime Tuolumne County Coach And Educator Passes Away

Sonora, Ca — Lifelong Tuolumne County resident Lewis “Bo” Dornan Leonard has passed away at the age of 69.
Leonard taught and coached at a variety of schools across the county from 1961-1997. While at Summerville H.S. he served as football coach for three years. Also at Summerville, he had a successful run coaching the basketball team.
A service is will be held at the Sonora Elks Club on March 21 at 11am. The Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Leonard passed away at his home in Columbia on Sunday.
