Stanton Sentencing Set For Monday

Sonora, CA — Monday at 1:30pm Shawna Lea Stanton will be formally sentenced in Department One of Tuolumne County Superior Court.
Stanton was convicted on February 27th of being an accomplice after the fact and a felon in possession of a weapon in the Jon Steven Flaherty murder case.
Stanton has already served three prison terms.
Stanton´s brother, 30 year old David Roy Stanton, will be retried May 14th to determine the degree of that unlawful August 25th murder. Earlier this week Stanton rejected a plea bargain offer from the District Attorney´s office.
