Twain Harte Teen Held On Attempted Murder Charge
Sonora, CA — Sheriff´s deputies are continuing their work on an attempted murder case that unfolded Friday evening when 18 year old Eric Allan Hadden of Marshall Way in Twain Harte was allegedly involved with the shooting of 22 year old Twain Harte resident Jason Richard Dyer twice.
Lt. Dan Bressler (pictured at right) says detectives worked throughout the night processing the crime scene while trying to identify the shooter. With the information they gained they obtained a search warrant for Hadden´s residence.
Saturday morning while in the process of serving that warrant detectives located Hadden walking towards his own residence.
He was arrested and booked into the County Jail. His bail on an attempted murder charge has been set at $500,000. Bressler adds that investigators are seeking additional individuals who may have been involved in the shooting.
Although he was life-flighted to a Modesto area hospital, Dyer´s wounds, according to Bressler, are not considered to be life threatening.
