Calaveras County Fair Rides To Reopen

Angels Camp, CA — According to Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department Sgt. Dave Seawell the rides, with the exception of the YoYo ride, are scheduled to reopen at the County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee this evening following a CAL OSHA inspection.
A total of 23 people were injured when the YoYo ride collapsed Friday evening shortly after six o´clock.
Today one of the three individuals listed as critically injured was released from the hospital. The other two critically injured are now listed in stable and good condition.
